Due to the severe flooding and devastation caused by Hurricane Helene, The Residences at Biltmore has been evacuated along with many other hotels in the area. The storm has left us without power, and our battery backups have been depleted, affecting our fire safety and alarm systems. For the safety of our guests and staff, evacuation was necessary.

We are currently unable to issue room keys, and our laundry facility in Black Mountain has also been impacted. Our team is actively assessing the damage and working diligently to restore operations as soon as possible.

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this disaster—the officials coordinating the response, the brave individuals involved in rescue efforts, and those still awaiting assistance. The road to recovery will be long, and our community faces significant challenges ahead.

Our staff members have been accounted for and are safe, and we are deeply grateful for that.

Our phone systems are still down.

The best way to get in touch with us right now is to send an email to concierge@residencesatbiltmore.com and someone will reach out to ASAP.

We appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult time. Please stay safe, and we look forward to welcoming you back when it is safe to do so.
