Excellent location, very nice room-like an apartment and very pretty grounds. Located 5 minutes to the Biltmore and Biltmore Village for food, drinks, and great shopping. Loved our stay!

Loved our stay! So centrally located to Biltmore, River Arts District and Grove Park Inn. Helpful staff, clean, Azalea restaurant on location with incredible breakfasts. Pool and fire pit out back.

If you stay anywhere in Asheville besides here, you are wasting time and money.My husband and I were extremely satisfied. Everything you would want from check in to check out.If we ever have the opportunity to visit Asheville again, this will be our "go to" place.Don't miss out. Make your reservations now.

Great place to stay. Very clean and affordable when travelling with a dog.

Right in the middle of everything. The rooms are great with full kitchen,washer and dryer and large bathroom all you could ask for

This is a perfect location for visiting the Biltmore and the Historic District, shopping, etc. Great location and quiet where we were located. Definitely will go back.

I was very surprised. When I checked in, I got the impression that this maybe was what I wasn't looking for. The front desk wasn't all that Friendly and Welcoming and I was a little put off . I was tired from driving and wanted to get into the room a little early. No way. He said they would text me but guaranteed to be ready by 4 PM. No such luck. I killed some time downtown, I finally decided to check in again and was very surprised by the room. Very nice. Again I was surprised.

Great place to stay when visiting Biltmore Estates, very convenient to everything. Very nice 1 bedroom condo for the price of a hotel.

The rooms were really nice. We were missing linens for the pullout bed. We tried calling the office multiple times to get in contact with the front desk but no one picked up so we ended up walking down there and waiting for someone to show up right before we left. He was very accommodating though. All of the staff were very friendly.
