For groups planning to reserve 10 or more suites, or those who are working with our catering and event services team, our group reservations are simple, fast, and offer both savings and peace of mind.
Group Rates and Wedding Blocks
Here’s a step-by-step look at how our group reservations work:
- We ask that you appoint one person from your group be our main contact. This person will be the one to discuss the number and size of condos needed along with arrival and departure dates.
- Once these items have been established our General Manager will process the request and send you a personalized quote to fit your group’s needs.
- If you have any questions about the quote our General Manager will be happy to help you. Once the pricing is finalized a formal agreement will be sent to you. Please read it carefully and discuss any questions with our General Manager.
- When the contract has been signed by both parties our staff will block off and hold the requested condos up to 30 days prior to you groups arrival.
- At the 30 day mark we will release the remaining condos back into our normal inventory and any group pricing will no longer be available.
